Pyörävarikko is a specialized bicycle shop serving all cyclists. From a selection of thousands of products, cycling enthusiasts can find bicycles, riding gear, spare parts, and accessories. In addition to the online store, the company has a physical store in six different locations.

Initial Situation

Before our collaboration began, Pyörävarikko's Google advertising was managed by an in-house marketing professional. However, in the company established in 2021, it was quickly realized that outsourcing marketing to a competent advertising agency would be more efficient, allowing the company to focus on marketing management.

Eerik Tölli, the operational manager of Pyörävarikko, is satisfied with the decision to outsource.

Pyörävarikko's business is seasonal, with the highest sales occurring between April and August. In 2023, revenue increased by 134 percent compared to the same period in the previous year.

Improved marketing has been a significant factor behind the revenue growth, but according to Tölli, the collaboration has also been beneficial in business-related matters.
